Warranty Policy
Last Updated: October 29, 2024
Zolavique wants customers to understand the difference between a return, a product defect claim, and a voluntary product warranty. This Warranty Policy explains how to obtain information about any warranty expressly offered for a fashion product, how we handle product-quality concerns, and how warranty terms relate to the standard Return & Refund Policy. Nothing here removes statutory rights or remedies.
Scope of Warranty Coverage
Not every item is advertised with an additional commercial warranty. A warranty applies to a particular product only when its product listing, packaging, order documentation, or an accompanying written warranty expressly states that one is offered. Customers should review that product-specific document to identify the warranty provider, covered components, duration, conditions, and claim process.
If no additional written warranty is offered for a product, no separate Zolavique-wide warranty period is promised by this page. This does not affect a customer's right to a remedy for defective, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming products under applicable law or under the Return & Refund Policy.
Manufacturer and Other Third-Party Warranties
Some merchandise may be covered by a manufacturer or other authorized provider's warranty, where expressly indicated. The provider's written terms determine the duration and scope of that voluntary warranty. Depending on those terms, claims may be handled directly by the provider or with assistance from our support team. Zolavique will not describe a manufacturer warranty as available unless that information has been confirmed for the specific product.
Product Quality and Condition
We aim to provide accurate information about materials, construction, sizing, care, and product condition. Customers should inspect clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories after delivery. If stitching, fasteners, zippers, seams, material panels, or other components appear faulty on arrival or fail under circumstances indicating a possible product defect, contact us with a description of the issue. We will evaluate the concern fairly and apply the relevant product terms and legal requirements.
Matters That May Not Be Covered by a Voluntary Warranty
Where an item-specific written warranty exists, it may distinguish manufacturing defects from ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow care instructions. The actual exclusions must be stated in that warranty and comply with applicable law. Zolavique does not impose a blanket exclusion that would override legal rights for defective or incorrectly described merchandise.
How to Request Warranty Assistance
- Email contact@Zolavique.shop with the subject Product Warranty Inquiry.
- Include your order number, product name, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Provide photographs of the affected area and any warranty document or label when reasonably available.
- Our team will review the information, identify any expressly applicable warranty, and explain the next steps.
- Do not send the item to the business contact address unless you receive specific shipping instructions.
If a product is covered by a third-party warranty, we may refer the customer to the warranty provider or assist with identifying the correct claim process where reasonably possible.
Inspection and Available Remedies
Depending on the issue, product-specific warranty terms, availability, and law, a remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another agreed resolution. A warranty claim may require reasonable evidence of purchase and a review of the reported condition. We will not charge an undisclosed fee or require customers to surrender legal remedies as a condition of seeking assistance.
Warranty Versus the 90-Day Return Policy
The 90-day return window applies to eligible returns under our Return & Refund Policy. It is not itself a promise that every item has a 90-day commercial warranty. Likewise, an express product warranty may last a different period if its written terms say so. Customers can contact support for return help during the return period and may still have rights under law or an applicable written warranty after that period ends.
Shipping Costs for Eligible Returns
Under our standard Return & Refund Policy, return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns and there is no restocking fee. If a specific warranty claim requires a different shipping arrangement, we will explain it and comply with any legal obligations regarding costs. Customers should not pay for unapproved shipping services without first seeking instructions.
Refund Timing
For an approved refund handled through our normal return procedure, Zolavique generally processes the refund within 7 calendar days after approval, using the original payment method. Other remedies may follow the timelines stated in a valid product-specific warranty or required by law.
Statutory Rights
This Warranty Policy does not exclude or limit warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory. A customer may have legal remedies even if no voluntary written warranty is provided or if the standard return window has ended.
